About the Dave Wallace Team
My name is Dave Wallace and I am a life-long resident of Ventura County. Born and raised in Camarillo and Ventura's beach area, I spent the majority of my time surfing at Silver Strand Beach and the Ventura Beach area. A proprietor from the start, I owned and manufactured surfboards in Ventura, Oxnard, Hawaii, and Japan, spanning 20 years designing and shaping over 8,000 custom surfboards.
I currently reside in Ventura and have extensive knowledge of the entire county. In 1986, I began working in the real estate industry, building a clientele of friends and business associates. Since then I have helped hundreds of families find and sell their homes. I have also been very active in my local community. The following is a partial list of local charities my team supports!

Dave Wallace opened Alliance Realty, Inc. in 2003. While at his previous company, Dave received virtually every company award, including the Executive Club, President's Club, and the Platinum Club award (for the past eight years), which is the highest annual honor given to an agent. Dave was also inducted into the "Hall of Fame" in 1996. He is a Rotary Club member as well.
